By registering a username on RegionalDirectory.us, you agree not to post any content, classified listings, or pictures that are obscene, vulgar, sexually abusive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. The administrators of RegionalDirectory.us reserve the right to revoke membership for any reason. The administrators and moderators of RegionalDirectory.us reserve the right to move, edit, close, or delete any content, classified listing, or pictures for any reason. All classified listings and pictures connected with them express the views and advertisements of their respective authors, and RegionalDirectory.us staff will not be held responsible for the content of any user-submitted business information, classified listings, or pictures.
7. E-Mail
By registering a username on RegionalDirectory.us and submitting and verifying your email address, you agree to periodically receive emails from RegionalDirectory.us, including current promotions as well as correspondence regarding your listing(s) on RegionalDirectory.us. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails from within your RegionalDirectory.us Profile.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify RegionalDirectory.us and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related in any way to your use of or conduct on RegionalDirectory.us.
9. Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability

10. Use and Proprietary Rights

You agree not to harvest, collect, use for commercial purposes, and/or include in mass mail or call lists any contact information, including names, addresses, emails, and/or phone numbers that are found on RegionalDirectory.us.
